User Guide

Log in to your instance as an admin / regular user.

The Nablasol SMS communicator pop-up will be visible on the right side of the screen.
3. [Step 3]
When a profile (or modules directly related to that profile) are opened in your SugarCRM, clicking on the Communicator Icon will show chat history and all the related numbers.

You can switch the numbers anytime, view its chat history (if available), and converse.
3. [Step 5]
In list view, clicking the Communicator icon will open the list of conversations.
