#1054 - Does the Basic plan support the transfer of contacts FROM Mailchimp?
We are testing the sync. Data is sent TO Mailchimp but not sent to CRM from Mailchimp. e.g. we have a Wufoo form which adds a subscriber to a MailChimp list. The list is connected to a Target List and the default module in Sugar TL is set to LEADS. Mailchimp subscribers are not being added to Sugar. The license key installed is valid. I have included an extract from the log files which might help (see below).

Hi there, the basic edition does include support for MailChimp to Sugar syncing.
The issue is that the changes on the MailChimp side are being made using the MailChimp API from Wufoo. Because of how the MailChimp webhooks are setup, it's possible for duplicate calls.
It's recommended that you send the Wufoo form data directly to Sugar and then have SugarChimp send the data to MailChimp. No changes are required on the SugarChimp side to make it work this way.
If it's not possible to do this with Wufoo, you can edit your List's Webhook in MailChimp by going to your list > Settings > Webhooks and under the "Only send updates when a change was made by..." field check the "via the API" checkbox. This will allow the webhooks to fire when calls are made from Wufoo via the API, the only issue is that it will also fire when SugarChimp makes API calls from Sugar. MailChimp may be smart enough to limit the amount of circular calls that come in, but this can act weird sometimes.
